Elderflower Margarita

Ingredients
50ml Tequila
10ml Bottlegreen elderflower cordial
15ml Contreau
Juice of one lime
Lime wedge

How to make it

Salt the rim of the glass. Shake ingredients with ice. Strain into martini glass. Serve with lime slice.

Elderflower & Gin Cocktail

Ingredients
6 mint leaves
50ml Gordon’s Gin
15ml Bottlegreen elderflower cordial
15ml lemon juice
5ml sugar syrup

How to make it

Muddle mint with lemon juice and sugar syrup. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice, fine strain into chilled 5oz Martini glass. Garnish with mint leaf on surface of drink.

Garden of Eden

Ingredients
50ml Gin
10ml Bottlegreen elderflower cordial
10ml lime juice
60ml cloudy apple juice
6 torn mint leaves

How to make it

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into ice-filled 12oz highball glass. Garnish with apple skin and mint sprig.
